Founded in 2002, Bridge was created with a simple mission: to provide organizations with an experienced, trusted advisor that puts their interests first. Today, we proudly serve hospitals, higher education institutions, municipalities, commercial businesses, data centers, and industrial organizations across the United States with customized energy strategies that help reduce risk, optimize costs, and prepare for the future.

1995
Mike Sassi helps develop the framework for New England's competitive energy market while at Northeast Utilities.
1997
New Hampshire launches one of the nation's first competitive electric choice pilot programs.
2000
Connecticut opens its electric market to customer choice, making a major milestone in regional energy deregulation.
2002
Bridge Energy Services is founded to provide independent, client focused energy consulting.

Led by President Mark Sassi, Bridge continues the values & vision established by founder Mike Sassi while helping clients confidently navigate the future of energy.
The Bridge That Inspired Us
Every morning on his drive to work, Mike crossed the historic East Haddam swing bridge in Connecticut.
Over time, that bridge became more than part of his daily commute, it became a symbol of the kind of company he wanted to build.
